まだORCA試用段階です。初歩的なことをお尋ねします。

たとえば６月１８日付けで”[ORCA-ANNOUNCE:01188] プログラム 
提供◆レセ電ビューア”　など
apt-lineのアップグレードの連絡が入りましたが、この場合日レセのイ 
ンストール時に使用した　sources.list　に
指定（etchの場合）のあった下記行

ftp://ftp.orca.med.or.jp/pub/debian/ etch jma

を加えてアップグレードするのでしょうか？（１）

或いはインストール時に使用したsources.listの３行目の
 deb http://ftp.orca.med.or.jp/pub/debian/ etch jma
のうちhttpをftpに替えてアップグレードするのでしょう 
か？（２）

あるいはsources.listを
deb ftp://ftp.orca.med.or.jp/pub/debian/ etch jma
のみにしてアップグレードするのでしょうか？（３）

（３）のsources.list
 deb ftp://ftp.orca.med.or.jp/pub/debian/ etch jma

私は（１）も（２）もやってみましたが問題なかったようでしたが、
本当にこのような操作でよいのか心配です。
ORCAやDebianを再インストール状態（最新のシステムの状態）に 
するには
日レセのインストール時に使用した　sources.list　をそのまま 
アップグレードすれば
良いのではないかと思いますし、必要なら（１）の　 
sources.list　でもよいのでは
と思うのですが、皆さんはどのようにしておられるのでしょうか？
初歩的なことで申し訳御座いませんが教えていただけないでしょうか。
