[orca-users:08695] 日レセにログインできない

　初めまして。
Linux初心者なので、困っています。

Configuring Jma-receipt（データベース構造変更処理…　の画面）」で 
意味もわからず、デフォルトの'No'を選択しました。
その後、root で

sudo -u orca sh /usr/lib/jma-receipt/bin/
jma-receipt-hospid-set.sh JPN999999999999

sudo -u orca /usr/sbin/gluseradd -file /etc/
jma-receipt/passwd -p ormaster ormaster

を実行すると下記エラーが表示されます。

ＯＲＣＡＤＢテーブルの医療機関ＩＤをセットします
psql: FATAL 1:  Database "orca" does not exist in the system catalog.

システム管理テーブルの医療機関ＩＤをセットします
psql: FATAL 1:  Database "orca" does not exist in the system catalog.

vacuum 処理を行います
psql: FATAL 1:  Database "orca" does not exist in the system catalog.

処理はすべて終了しました

また、
/etc/init.d/jma-receipt restart
glclient -style -user ormaster -pass ormaster panda:orca00
では下記エラーが表示されます。

Execute /usr/lib/jma-receipt/bin/jma-receipt-db-setup.sh manually.

Cancel {restart} jma-receipt daemon.

これって、/usr/lib/jma-receipt/bin/jma-receipt-db-setup.sh を
実行してから、再度ＩＤを設定しないといけないのでしょうか？
