医師会活動で、外出しておりました。

本題は
依存しているpakageはそれぞれ下記に書いたようにありますので、apt-lineが間違っているようですね。
とりあえず
#apt-cache search xlibmesa3
をしてみてください。
これで何も出ないようなら/etc/apt/sources.list に 3.のとおり正確に追加できていますか？

間違っているなら修正後
#apt-get update
からもう一度始めて下さい。
そうすれば依存関係のエラーは解消されるはずです。
